WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
For the ceremony, we ask that you wear our wedding colors: Brown, Tan, Sage, and Rust. We kindly ask that you try your best to refrain from wearing all black, and women refrain from wearing dresses that are shorter than knee length. As per Vatican policy, it is required that all female shoulders be covered. It will be very hot and sunny- linens, light dresses, hats, are wardrobe pieces that should be considered. How Do We Get Around?
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
WHERE SHOULD WE STAY/ FLY INTO?
You should fly into FCO airport in Rome- if that is not a possiblity then you can look into flying into other cities and taking the train. Leaving the airport, it is easiest to use the taxi or car service that is at the airport when trying to get to your hotel.
Nandi’s Family will be residing in a villa near Orto Botanico di Roma (a garden park), Gregory’s Family will be residing at Villa Agrippaina Gran Melia. We suggest that you stay in any of the following areas, but ultimately, the choice is up to you. We want to make sure that your commute to the Vatican for the ceremony is easy.
Suggested areas: Prati, Aurelio Sud, Please try to stay NE of the Vatican and within a 35-minute walk.

Rome is very walkable- most commuting can be done via the metro system or the bus system. The easiest way to pay for the metro/bus will be to tap your card using your phone. However, I love to buy the metro passes and keep them as a memento- this is also an option, but it can be costly if you lose your card. You will not need to rent a car, but if you do, please remember that you will need an international driver’s permit to operate any vehicle. The most rewarding way to get around is to walk- you experience and feel so much with each step.
Please download some apps that will allow us to communicate during the festive week, assist with translations, navigation, and entertainment.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK??
The weather will be very hot, pack linens, breathable pants and shirts, comfortable walking shoes (no heels) and hats are extremely recommened. You will need EU charging ports/outlet converters for all of your devices. You will want sunscreen, a battery pack to recharge your mobile devices, a bag that has a secure zipper or fully closing mechanism (prevent pickpockets),
